Shipping policy

At GURR AUTO PARTS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and uninstalled

• In original packaging

• In the same condition as received


Returns may be subject to approval. In some cases, restocking fees or return shipping costs may apply. Items that have been installed, used, or modified cannot be returned. Please contact our support team before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

In the event of a shipping delay, refunds may only be requested once the shipping carrier officially declares the package as lost, or within the first 7 days from the date the package is delivered to the recipient. Refund requests will not be processed for delayed shipments while the package is still in transit and has not been declared lost by the carrier.
